The League of Nations: Earth’s Greatest Protector
In the HamWeg Galaxy, the League of Nations stands as one of humanity’s boldest attempts to rise above war and build a safer future.

Founded in the aftermath of the brutal conflict between the Allied forces and the Central Empire, the League of Nations was created to promote international cooperation and secure a global peace. It was meant to be more than a council of nations. It was a promise that the world could unite against chaos, tyranny, and destruction.
Twenty years after its founding, that promise faced its greatest test.
The League of Nations was pushed to the brink by the combined might of King Mying and Queen Stheno’s World War. As the conflict spread and bloodshed threatened to engulf the world, one leader emerged as the clearest hope for peace — Lexi Monroe.
Because of her personal sacrifices during the war, Lexi was elected Secretary-General of the League of Nations, and she immediately set out to do what few believed possible—end the war through diplomacy.
Her defining act as Secretary-General was brokering a lasting peace accord that officially recognized New Mypatia as a nation on Earth. That decision brought an end to the bloodshed and stopped the World War, proving that Lexi Monroe was not only a capable leader, but one willing to make difficult choices in the name of peace.
With the war over, the League of Nations turned its attention toward the future.
Lexi Monroe surrounded herself with remarkable, and sometimes complicated, figures as she shaped this new era.

One of her most trusted appointments was Hermann Morgenstein, a brilliant physicist and mathematician whom Lexi had known since his days at the University of Zurich. When she became Secretary-General, Hermann was the first person she nominated to her administration.
Not every figure in the orbit of the League of Nations was so noble. Antoine De Coster, once a celebrated colonel in the Allied forces who was responsible for missile defense in southern Europe, harbored a darker ambitious history. De Coster became Secretary of Technology under Lexi Monroe’s administration under mysterious circumstances.
By contrast, Lesleigh Decker embodied the League’s highest ideals. Born to an American scientist and an Australian intelligence officer, she earned her PhD in global peace studies while running a refugee nonprofit. She brings intelligence, compassion, and conviction to her appointment as Secretary of War.
These four characters would soon lead the League of Nations into a bold new chapter.
